A non-for-profit organization in the community located at 1004 South Western Avenue, Peoria, Illinois 61605. At Safe Haven many services will be provided to people that come to our facility for assistance from all communities. Services provided will include open door prayer, after school program, praise dance classes for the youth, food pantry and cooking classes for the young adults taught by ICC. Currently we serve light meals on Tuesday evenings, and every first Saturday of each month we go to the streets and feed the homeless. We also provide personal hygiene items, hats and gloves, or just offer a listening ear and an open heart and mind.

           I am contacting you on behalf of Safe Haven Café I’d like to ask for your assistance with assisting and helping others. You can assist us in many ways such as food, clothing, office supplies, and personal hygiene products and any monetarily donations which is tax deductible. Your donations will allow us to help cloth and feed the less fortunate as well as give the youth in the community a safe place to come hang out, warm up in the winter and cool off in the summer.           Safe Haven Café will be opening its doors to the community very soon.as the building is currently under construction as in any Nonprofit Organization will be opening its doors for the first time there will be many obligations that will need to be met. Safe Haven Café will be having its first Prime Rib Dinner and Dance fundraiser event, Saturday May 06, 2017.
